Introduction
In Morocco, exploration projects and/or exploitation relating to hydrocarbons and mining should be in conformity with the commitment to promote and enforce a policy of environmentally sustainable development.
ONHYM has adopted management ESIA (Environtal and Social Impact Assessment) procedures that rely primarily on the law, conventions and agreements mentioned below.
