Skills development

Training is a strategic component in human resources management within ONHYM. It is a major instrument for the acquisition of skills in the various ONHYM activities.

Annual training plans

In this context of the primacy of training, staff training plans are drawn up annually. These plans are part of an overall human resources skills management and development policy derived from ONHYM strategic directions and aimed at meeting the training needs of all categories of staff in order to effectively achieve the objectives set. They reflect the desire to implement training that anticipates, prepares and supports developments introduced in the technical and managerial fields.

These training are of short, medium and long duration and can be done within the company or with service providers.
