As part of its recruitment policy based on broadening sourcing and high selectivity principles, ONHYM targets talented and high-potential employees. Recruitment is carried out in accordance with ONHYM procedure through written examination and/or interviews according to the required profile and regular monitoring of all recruitment steps on ONHYM website as well as on public employment websites. Particular attention is paid to the successful integration of each of the new employees through a targeted integration program and individual mentoring within the first few months of integration.
